“ This is my new favorite Trini restaurant, the owner is so friendly, patient, and attentive to his customers. Of course the roti is always fresh, warm, & delicious. I've tried the shrimp, beef (boneless) chicken (with bones) and oxtail (with bones) I wish all the meat was boneless, but it's a small shop so I guess that would require more time. The tamarin sauce is delicious and you must have it with your food. Prices are GREAT‼ They close at 7pm daily that's the only downside. ”

“ I'll be coming to this place for close to 30 years. The food is really good lately. It change a lot the timing when they open and close is not standard plus the food which is more important is not exactly the same. I hope in the future they will do better, because I don't think I will tolerate the quality of the food and second the time when they open and when they close ”

“ Best oxtail rotis hand down. Cash only and they do not deliver using any apps. The walk there makes me appreciate every darn bite. The place is small itself and they can probably only handle 3 peoples orders, orders tend to be large but the owner is attentive. Family owned too, wish I lived a bit closer but my wallet thanks me I'm sure. ”

“ Neighborhood staple!! I'm from the south and I've lived near Burke over 15 years now and many years ago my coworker started asking me to bring Roti to them at the job from them because she moved to Jersey. I would be loaded with them heavy bags but, never tried one until a few years ago and I loved it. My favorite from here though is the oxtails, rice, and potatoes! Very good fried fish and something else I can't think of the name but, fried dough lol. I'll attach a pic the next time I go of my plate. Go support and prepare to wait on a line! ”

“ I haven't been here in a while. There's a line. I ordered the chana aloo roti with tamarind & pepper. The roti is nice and soft, the chana & aloo are good, I just wish I had asked for extra tamarind & pepper. For $6.50 a roti, it's a generous amount of food. I'll be back to try their fish next. “ Ok so I'm standing in this line right now again-/ a week later!!! I came n here with my friend n she raved about their food... she left out the fact that they make Shark-/ so now it's my turn to order n this man told me about a few different sauces he eats his shark with! I think I was more amaze with his energy to help me decide plus the place was extremely crowded!! The patience he had with me was different because once again the line was extremely long!! Idh any pics from last week!! But this week I do!! Their food is extremely good-/ n customer service out of this world! I'm thinking he cooks the food too! I'm not sure-/ however he was really sure on where he stood when it came to this food! N he didn't stare me wrong! However this go around he was not there for me to complement him and the serving of the fish was a piece! I was really disappointed about that! No shade their food is awesome just check ur food b4 u leave! 4 the record I'm going straight to Brooklyn -/ I leave that spot so-/ that one little fish pissd me off ”
